  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: A coordinated effort among experts in design, engineering, sustainability, and project management ensured seamless integration of WELL principles. 
  • Data-Driven Approach: Assessments of building systems, air quality, lighting, and acoustics were conducted to meet WELL standards, with data being leveraged to guide necessary improvements. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Feedback and audits were utilized throughout the process, allowing refinements and optimizations to be implemented. 


Through teamwork and dedication, In The Yard was successfully transformed into a certified space that embodies WELL principles and core organizational values.

Solution: Features with the greatest impact on health and comfort were prioritized, and budget optimization was achieved through sustainable, long-term solutions. 

Educating Stakeholders

Challenge: Initial unfamiliarity with WELL standards and their benefits was observed among stakeholders. 

Solution: Workshops and regular updates were conducted to ensure alignment with WELL objectives and to highlight the value for tenants and the environment.

Maintaining Flexibility

Challenge: The complexity of ensuring WELL compliance while accommodating future needs was faced. 

Solution: Flexible systems and modular spaces were implemented to allow adaptability without compromising WELL criteria.
